梦霞姐的“麻辣粉丝”

材料:红薯粉丝(如:韩国品牌—VERMICELL Asian Style Starch Noodles)香油、辣油、花椒油、姜末、蒜末、醋(镇江陈醋或香醋)、胡萝卜丝、香菜,酱油,糖。

操作步骤:
(1)在冷水中浸泡粉丝至粉丝变软;
(2)冷水煮粉丝至水开,然后倒去热水,用冷水冲一下煮开的热粉丝;
(3)将粉丝剪成方便食用的长度;
(4)加入少量的香油、辣油、花椒油、姜末、蒜末、醋(镇江陈醋或香醋)、胡萝卜丝、香菜;
(5)加入大量的酱油(如:万家香陈年酱油),糖。拌匀即可食用。

剑哥的“糯米饭”

材料:(可按比例扩大)糯米1杯,腊肠(或香肠)1根,洋葱15克,香菇6朵,虾米10克,腐竹,(材料可按照个人口味加以增减)

操作步骤
(1)先将糯米用冷水浸泡0.5 hour;
(2)香菇及虾米先用冷水浸泡10分钟,洗净并重新用少量温水浸泡约30分钟(温水留于后面用)。将洋葱、腊肠及发好的香菇、虾米切小块;
(3)锅内倒入植物油(和芝麻香油),油热放入洋葱小火炒至微焦;
(4)加入香菇、腊肠及虾米、腐竹炒出香味后,加入生的糯米饭翻炒,接着倒入少量浸泡香菇的水,好似成汤状;
(5)将所有材料转移至电饭锅里,再倒入少量浸泡香菇的水(总水量应比平时煮饭所用水量少些),插上电饭锅电源,按下cook键即可。

Adam’s Cake

  • Ingredients and materials:

½ cup milk, 2 sticks of butter, 2 cups of sugar (brown or regular), 4-5 teaspoons of baking cocoa (unsweetened), 4 eggs, 2 cups of flour, 3 teaspoons of baking powder.

  • How to do it:

(1)Melt butter in milk, add sugar and cocoa, mix well, cool down.
(2) Add egg yolks, flour and baking powder, mix well.
(3)In separate bowl beat egg whites until the foam is rigid.
(4) Add the foam to the rest of ingredients and mix carefully.
(5) Bake 30 minutes in 350-380F.
